• Vergola louvers to alfresco roof
• Brick paving to paths, driveway, alfresco and pool area.
• Custom built concrete swimming pool with frameless glass fencing.

The home was designed to minimize the impact from the summer sun by incorporating wide eaves to the front and rear elevations and allow the winter sun to enter the home via highlight north facing windows and the Vergola. Cross ventilation was also achieved allowing the sea breeze to blow through the home.
